What We Need:  

We’re searching for a Business Operations Intern to join our crew. As our ideal Operations Intern, you will work closely with the team on identifying ways to lower customer support costs and optimize the operational processes. You should be goal-oriented and driven by results!   

Open to:  

• Undergraduate students majoring in Business, Communications, or similar. 
• Rising seniors and/or rising juniors only. 

What You’ll Do:  

The goal for our Business Operations Intern is to have a completed project at the end of the internship that they can showcase. Here are some of the things you will be working on and will be able to take ownership of:  

• Escalation analysis and ensuring reported issues are being properly directed. 
• Quality control of escalated users’ issues. 
• Trend analysis of root causes of errors and process improvement focused on error reduction. 
• Sharepoint knowledge base organization. 

As a Business Operations Intern, you have:  

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Excel. 
• Possess good critical thinking, communication, and presentation skills.   
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes quickly; always willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done.   
• Ability to take ownership of your work.  
• A coachable mentality and eagerness to learn more.  

Details:  

• This internship will be part-time, on average 15-20 hours/week. Hours are flexible and will be decided between you and your director. Most time will be spent working on-site at our office in the Smyrna/Vinings area (4401 Northside Pkwy, Atlanta, GA 30327).  
• This is a PAID internship. Interns will be paid $20.00/hr.
