In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels. Your primary responsibilities will include handling incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in our database system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and to gather feedback.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
• Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.
