Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Call Center Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers, providing exemplary service through both inbound and outbound calls. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products or services to enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Assist customers with product and service information and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and provide solutions as needed.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in our database systems.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or management.
• Promote and sell company products or services during customer interactions.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education is a plus.
• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple calls and inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer support.
