As a pivotal part of our customer service division, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, helping them navigate their inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strong desire to assist customers, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues by identifying the problem and finding appropriate solutions.
• Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and transactions in our system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
• Provide accurate and timely information about our products and services to customers.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
