Our team is expanding, and we’re looking for a Contract Recruiter to manage a growing requisition load across multiple functions, including sales, technology, finance, and HR. Contract Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, with a primary focus on sales positions
• Source, screen, and engage top-tier candidates using LinkedIn and other available tools
• Handle a high volume of resumes and ensure a smooth, efficient hiring process
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide strategic talent solutions
• Work independently in a fully remote environment, collaborating with a growing Talent Acquisition team
• Utilize Greenhouse ATS (set to be fully implemented by April) to track candidate progress
• Contribute insights on sourcing strategies and process improvements

Contract Recruiter Requirements:

• 4+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ability to source and close candidates without extensive sourcing tools beyond LinkedIn
• Comfortable working remotely, with flexibility to adjust to different time zones
• Experience recruiting across multiple industries (sales, tech, finance, HR) is a plus
• Ability to adapt and take on a variety of roles as business needs evolve
• Sharp, motivated, and eager to drive hiring success.
