Field Service Technician Onsite (Lexmark) | Columbus, GA

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite technical support to ensure optimal performance of Lexmark products.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues with printers, scanners, fax machines, and peripherals .
• Perform routine maintenance (cleaning, alignment, calibration) to optimize device functionality .
• Assist customers with installation, configuration, and user training .
• Troubleshoot complex problems and provide fast, effective solutions .
• Document service calls and maintain records of equipment history.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs.
• Coordinate repairs & replacement parts with internal teams.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Follow safety guidelines when handling electrical components and heavy machinery .

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred but not required).
• Valid driver s license with an excellent driving record .
• Proven field service experience , preferably with Lexmark products .
• Knowledge of printing technology, network connectivity, and IT infrastructure .
• Strong understanding of Windows & MacOS operating systems .
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly (both verbal & written).
• Self-motivated with a commitment to exceptional customer service .
• Ability to safely lift & maneuver up to 60 lbs .

• Employment Type: W2 Only (No C2C).
