We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic ESL Instructor to join our team and help non-native English speakers develop their language skills for academic, professional, and everyday success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging ESL lessons tailored to students' language proficiency levels.
• Develop curriculum materials that integrate reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
• Implement a variety of instructional strategies to meet diverse student needs.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and growth.
• Assess student progress regularly and adjust lesson plans accordingly.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their language skills.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and performance.
• Collaborate with colleagues and administrative staff to support student success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• TESOL/TEFL certification (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years of ESL teaching experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
• Experience working with diverse cultural backgrounds.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Commute:

• Orlando, FL 32801 (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Orlando, FL 32801: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
