Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Events Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of our virtual and in-person events, both hosted and sponsored. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and cultivating meaningful connections with our target audience. You will own the entire event lifecycle, from initial concept and strategic planning to post-event analysis and ROI measurement, ensuring seamless execution and demonstrable impact on business objectives.

WHO YOU ARE

• Experience in event coordination or event marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment, is a plus
• Proven track record of successfully managing virtual and in-person events of various sizes and complexities, preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is preferred.
• Proficient in budget management, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
• A creative thinker passionate about creating engaging and memorable event experiences.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Create event briefs, detailed project plans, and scalable processes for efficient event production and sponsoring.
• Develop and manage event budgets, track expenses, and analyze events and webinars performance metrics, including ROI, lead generation, attendee engagement, and brand impact.
• Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to develop compelling promotional materials, including email marketing, landing pages, social media content, and other marketing collateral.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Manage all logistical details, including travel arrangements for team members, shipping of materials, and on-site/online setup and teardown.
• End-to-end management of webinars, trade shows and events (sponsored and hosted)
