EXPERIENCED MOBILE PHLEBOTOMISTS -PER DIEM INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR POSITION

BUSHKILL- HAWLEY - MILFORD AREA

• Must be willing to travel to the client's location for appointments.
• Paid per appointment/service, this isn't an hourly or salary-paid position.
• Paid twice a month, and no taxes were taken out.
• Accurately labeling specimens, centrifuging specimens, documentation of health histories, and manual vital signs.
• Call clients, schedule, complete services on each client, centrifuge SST, scan paperwork when finished & complete out in the portal
• FedEx out specimens along with paperwork.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must Pass a Urine Drug Screen & Background Check.
• Professional, responsible, and self-motivated with excellent attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation, current Driver's License & Auto insurance
• Must be computer proficient, have internet access, and a printer/scanner to print & scan uploaded completed documents.
• YOU MUST SUPPLY YOUR OWN: BP cuffs ( reg. & large). Stethoscope, scale that goes to 360 lbs., clipboard, metal tape measure, and centrifuge (if possible).
