Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding & Clean-Up:
Help new clients by fixing issues, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.
Ensure clients' books are ready for ongoing work within seven business days of onboarding.
Team Support & Training:
Provide guidance on technical accounting issues, ensuring your team and clients are well-equipped to handle future challenges.
Respond to non-urgent questions during designated hours, and address urgent queries within one hour.
Efficient Communication:
Quickly respond to customer emails or delegate tasks effectively.
Aim for 100% email acknowledgment on the same business day, with responses that fully address clients' needs to minimize follow-up requests.
Monthly Financial Review:
Review financial statements, comparing annual and monthly data, and cross-checking with other systems.
Provide feedback to junior accountants and ensure less than 10% recurring errors.
Complete client cover letters and reports within 24 hours after work is finalized.
