A & A Window Products in Detroit, MI is looking for one experienced and highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide technical support and assistance to our employees and customers, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assistance to employees and customers via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in IT support

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or related field
• Excellent technical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows, and other operating systems
• Familiarity with IT service management tools, such as ServiceNow or JIRA
