We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Recruiter to join our team and support our talent acquisition efforts. As a recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent for a variety of positions within the organization. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work remotely or in-office, making it ideal for someone looking to balance work with other commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, assess qualifications, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Job Posting: Draft compelling and accurate job descriptions to attract the right candidates and post them on relevant platforms.
• Applicant Tracking: Maintain accurate records of candidate progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or spreadsheets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, timelines, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Offer Management: Assist in extending offers to candidates and coordinating pre-employment checks, as needed.
• Networking: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) for recruitment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of industry-specific recruiting practices (e.g., IT, healthcare, construction).
• Experience with diversity and inclusion hiring strategies.
• Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations.

Schedule

• Flexible hours, approximately 15-20 hours per week .
• Availability to adjust hours based on hiring needs.
