Climate Control Air Conditioning is a leading HVAC company dedicated to delivering top-quality heating and cooling solutions. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an Experienced Google Ads Strategist to take charge of our digital marketing efforts and lead generation strategies.

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Google Ads Strategist with a proven track record in the HVAC or related service industry . This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Google Ads, Google Local Services Ads (LSA), and other digital marketing campaigns to drive quality leads and maximize ROI. Additionally, web development experience is required , as well as experience in lead pipeline generation to ensure consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and PPC campaigns to maximize conversions
• Maintain and enhance the company’s Google Local Services Ads (LSA) profile
• Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and implement improvements
• Develop and execute lead pipeline generation strategies to ensure consistent business opportunities
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve ad performance
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align digital strategies with business goals
• Manage ad budgets efficiently to ensure maximum return on investment
• Keep up with Google Ads trends, policies, and best practices to stay ahead of the competition
• Utilize web development skills to optimize landing pages for improved conversion rates

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing successful Google Ads campaigns in the HVAC or related service industry
• Strong knowledge of Google Local Services Ads (LSA), PPC campaign management, and digital advertising
• Web development experience required (WordPress, HTML, CSS, or other relevant platforms)
• Experience in lead pipeline generation and CRM systems
• Ability to write compelling ad copy and optimize website landing pages for better conversion rates
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven marketing decisions
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
