Production Assistant

Location: Cullman, AL

Salary range: $60K - DOE

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Position Summary: They are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will assist in production processes, ensure quality control, and maintain a safe and organized work environment.

• Assist in assembly, packaging, and inspection of products.
• Operate basic machinery and tools as needed.
• Monitor product quality and report any defects.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Support inventory management and material handling.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Basic knowledge of production equipment is a plus.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
