We seek a Project Manager to lead and execute cybersecurity projects within the bank, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery through best project management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee global teams of employees and offshore/onshore consultants.
• Manage projects involving engineers, architects, analysts, scrum masters, and application owners.
• Collaborate with business and tech stakeholders to drive key initiatives.
• Plan, execute, and deliver Infosec projects while identifying and mitigating risks.
• Promote project management best practices and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience, with 5+ years managing high-visibility business and technology projects.
• Expertise in matrixed organizations and cross-functional project delivery.
• Proficiency in ADO Boards/Kanban, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, MS Forms, and Power Automate .
• Bachelor's Degree required ; PMP or Agile certification preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

• Experience in Cybersecurity, Regulatory, or Audit-related projects .
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
• Ability to simplify complex issues and drive rapid resolutions.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious.
• Effective stakeholder management with a cross-functional perspective.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute complex, multi-disciplinary projects from initiation to completion.
• Define objectives, build project roadmaps, and align stakeholders.
• Identify risks and drive timely decisions and course corrections.
• Communicate project roadmaps in a clear, business-friendly manner.
• Foster a collaborative team culture with a focus on execution and innovation.
