As our Retail Sales Executive, you'll be a key player in supporting a major retail account, driving sales, and expanding our market share. This role is a fantastic blend of project management, data analysis, and direct sales activities. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and strategic execution.
What You'll Be Doing:
Fuel Sales Growth: Support our retail sales team to achieve and exceed annual sales goals.
Build Strong Partnerships: Develop and nurture relationships with internal teams (sales, product, marketing, supply chain) and external partners.
Create Compelling Presentations: Assist in developing presentations for product reviews, business updates, and other key meetings.
Be a Sales Enablement Expert: Manage sales enablement requests and ensure timely delivery.
Analyze and Strategize: Conduct ad-hoc analysis to uncover trends and growth opportunities, and provide insights for strategic planning.
Stay Ahead of the Market: Understand market dynamics and competitive intelligence to inform business decisions.
Manage Operational Details: Oversee pricing, promotions, and ensure smooth operational processes.
Drive Digital Sales: Manage online product onboarding, pricing, and fulfillment optimization.
Support In-Store Initiatives: Analyze SKU performance and trends to recommend in-store strategies.
Expand Channel Growth: Support the growth of key channels through onboarding and tool optimization.
Maintain Key Relationships: Maintain and support relationships with design center merchants.
Travel: Regional and National travel may be required.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or analytics.
Strong analytical and results-oriented mindset.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities.
Proven ability to collaborate and drive data-driven decisions.
