What You'll Be Doing:
Sales Enablement and Support:
Assist the Retail Sales team in achieving and exceeding annual sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
Support account management with customer presentations for various business reviews.
Act as a liaison for sales enablement requests, ensuring timely delivery.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends.
Leverage market intelligence to inform business decisions.
Operational Management:
Monitor and resolve drop-ship pricing issues.
Manage price changes, rebate tracking, and price cancellations.
Track and audit promotional submissions and credit memos.
Digital Sales (Online):
Oversee new SKU onboarding and ensure accurate pricing and syndication.
Manage compliance with online pricing policies.
Optimize online fulfillment by collaborating with relevant teams.
Store and Field Support:
Analyze SKU performance and cluster trends to recommend in-store initiatives.
Support buybacks, file updates, and store-related needs.
Support specialized sales platforms, and growth through tools and training.
Support specialized design centers:
Maintain and support relationships with design center merchants.
Partner with account managers to address operational needs.
Regional and National travel may be required.
