Job Summary:

As a Campus Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in expanding our presence and building strong relationships with fraternity and sorority chapters on your campus. Your main goal will be to connect with the t-shirt chairs or individuals responsible for apparel orders within these chapters, introducing them to our offerings and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Build relationships with t-shirt chairs and key decision-makers within fraternity and sorority chapters on your campus.
Present our unique value proposition, highlighting benefits like no order windows, no minimum order size, and fast turnaround times.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and campus Greek life, guiding chapters through the order process.
Stay on top of trends and campus activities that may lead to apparel needs or promotional opportunities.
Meet sales targets by securing orders from chapters, earning commission on the sales you generate.
Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and product effectiveness to help refine offerings.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled as a student with strong ties to campus Greek life.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
Proven ability to influence and persuade others.
Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable initiating and maintaining relationships.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based position with competitive rates. Representatives are rewarded based on the sales they generate, with the commission structure discussed during the hiring process.
