Campus Sales Representative

Location: Remote - Various campuses nationwide

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated students to join our team as Campus Sales Representatives. In this role, you will play a key part in building strong relationships with fraternity and sorority chapters on your campus, helping them access high-quality, custom apparel. You'll have the opportunity to introduce chapters to an innovative and unique service, empowering them to easily order and customize products whenever they need.

What You'll Be Doing:

Identify and connect with t-shirt chairs and decision-makers in fraternity and sorority chapters on your campus.
Introduce and explain the value of our custom apparel services, highlighting the benefits of no order windows, no minimum order requirements, and fast turnaround times.
Act as the main point of contact between the company and campus chapters, guiding them through the ordering process and ensuring smooth communication.
Stay on top of campus Greek life trends, identifying opportunities to meet apparel needs or offer promotional products.
Achieve sales goals by securing apparel orders and earning commissions based on the sales you generate.
Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to help improve service offerings.

You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and know how to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
You're persuasive, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
You're self-motivated and driven, with a passion for initiating and nurturing relationships.
You're organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based position with competitive earning potential. The specific commission structure will be shared during the hiring process.
