Overview of the Position

ParkMobile is seeking a smart, energetic, tech-forward trainer for our Account Management organization. As an Account Management Trainer at ParkMobile, you will be responsible for equipping the team with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. This critical position directly impacts the company's revenue and growth, as it ensures that client-facing teams stay up-to-date on our products, internal tech stack, market trends, and account management best practices.

You will be an integral member of the Sales Operations team working with others in the department to develop and deliver comprehensive training curricula, conduct engaging training sessions, evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, and collaborate with Account Management leadership to align training with company goals.

What You'll Do

  • Conducting surveys and interviews with Account Management team and management to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement

  • Developing training programs that cater to different learning styles and needs for new and experienced account management professionals

  • Leading classroom-style workshops, facilitating role-playing exercises, and providing coaching and feedback to account management staff.

  • Utilizing e-learning platforms, conducting webinars and online workshops, and creating engaging virtual training experiences.

  • Writing training manuals and guides, creating multimedia content such as videos and interactive presentations, and developing other learning aids to support the training program. Update internal knowledge base with written materials

  • Become an expert in our internal tech stack and train Account Managers on best practices

  • Support other ParkMobile teams by completing requests in a timely manner and other duties as assigned

Who You Are

  • 5 years of professional work experience

  • Ability to convey complex information clearly

  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Exceptional computer skills and the aptitude for learning new systems

  • Love of technology and learning new tools

  • Parking industry experience is a plus!
