We are seeking outgoing, friendly, and helpful team members to welcome and assist guests. Previous hardware experience is a plus but not a requirement as we provide extensive training. At Ace Hardware, we are independently owned and operated so helping our community is our number one priority. What to expect:

You will work directly with guests welcoming them and helping them find everything necessary to complete their project in one trip. Like working in a fast-paced and fun environment? We are high energy so time will fly.

Job Requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:

· You will be on your feet for most of your shift (6 to 8 hours).

· You must be able to lift, up to 50 lbs.consistently.

· Assist with unloading of trucks and stocking merchandise: Keep clean, organized, and fully stocked. This includes end caps and side wing panels.

· Execute the daily operational, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by store management displaying a \Speed is Life\ attitude. Move with a sense of urgency while paying attention

to the details

· Maintain accuracy in dealing with figures and monies.

Pay, Benefits, and Perks:

· Paid time off for full-time team members (32 hours or more weekly)

Uniforms are required for this position and consist of:

• Black Polo Shirt

• Pants/Shorts (Blue, Black or Khakis, shorts must be a solid color, no basketball shorts)

• Shoes (Closed toed, no sandal or flip flops)

• No scarves or neck ties
