Position: Seasoned Teacher

Location: Dripping Springs / Southwest Austin

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A genuine passion and love for children.
• A strong desire to foster creativity, exploration, and decision-making among the children.
• Willingness to actively participate in and support all classroom activities.
• Proven experience in maintaining an organized, clean, and orderly classroom environment during and after activities.
• An energetic, positive, responsible, flexible, punctual, respectful, and professional attitude in all situations.
• The ability to create and maintain a well-organized, clean, engaging, and interactive classroom.
• A drive to lead and manage a team with compassion and enthusiasm.
• Previous experience in licensed childcare is highly desirable.
• A clean Criminal Background Check.
• A strong passion for Early Childhood Education.
• A natural affinity for the outdoors, and a willingness to embrace the messy joys of working with kids.
• The physical capability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Convenient access to commute to South Central Austin or Dripping Springs.
• Experience with STEAM, Waldorf, Reggio, or Montessori methodologies is a valuable plus.
• Interests in Gardening, Nature, Dancing, and Yoga are also considered advantageous.

In Nature Preschool Center, children pursue their own interests at the pace of their choosing.
