TITLE: Service Delivery Manager (Technical Support Manager)

LOCATION: Onsite Northwest Portland

PAY: Target pay for this role is between $80k and $100k per year based on applicable experience

ENGAGEMENT TYPE: Direct Hire

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ?

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to guide a team of Level 1/2 Engineers, ensuring high-quality technical support, continuous learning, and effective issue resolution. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the engineering team, providing guidance, and ensuring timely and accurate support to our customers. This role will also serve as a liaison between the engineering team and other departments.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR ?

• 3-5 years of proven experience in Technical Support role
• 1+ years as Team Lead or Manager
• Familiarity with ticketing systems
• Agile Methodologies as well as knowledge of ITIL best practices would be helpful but not required
• Authorization to work in the US is a precondition of employment - we do not sponsor work visas
