✔️ Provide whole-house plumbing diagnostics & solutions on every call
✔️ Diagnose plumbing systems and customer needs to offer customized solutions
✔️ Present 6 relevant solutions for every customer
✔️ Offer affordable monthly payment options for all services
✔️ Ensure every job is fully completed with no loose ends
✔️ Maintain a 4.9-star rating on Google, Facebook, Yelp, and other platforms
✔️ Keep truck stocked and organized to stay ready for every job
✔️ Help foster a positive, high-performance team culture
Minimum 18 months of plumbing experience
Expertise in drain equipment, cameras, jetting, pro press, gas systems, and water systems
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Reliable, self-motivated, and proactive
Strong time management and communication skills
