PURPOSE: This position is responsible for the onsite installation of Image 360 products including but not limited to, framed artwork, white boards, vinyl graphics, and interior/exterior signage. A basic understanding of the requirements to properly secure these items in a commercial setting is essential to the fulfilment of their duties. Proper professional etiquette must be maintained at all times.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Follow specifications for installation and placement processes
- Park and unload vehicle at customer designated locations
- Unwrap and assist with item placement onsite.
- Verify all installed items are level and securely fastened.
- Ensure the installation site is free of garbage, wrapping, cartons, etc.
- Floors, walls, sills, baseboards vacuumed, brushed, wiped clean of our dust and debris.
- Review finished jobs with appropriate staff before leaving the center, including special considerations for the installations, (i.e. wall type/ladder/weight/etc.)
- Follow strict safety protocols and regulations for sign placement and installation
- Record problems or inconsistencies on installation ticket
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES - Assist in production upon completion of daily installation duties.
- Ensure established inventory of each van’s tools.
- Restock hardware as necessary.
- Ensure proper maintenance of work vans.
- Conduct oneself in a friendly, professional manner at all times with client.
- Advocate Image 360 products with clients onsite
- Other duties as needed
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS - Relatively high level analytical and problem solving ability.
- Able to follow multiple jobs concurrently.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Sharp attention to detail and keen multi-tasking abilities
- Professional, upbeat, positive demeanor
- Current Driver’s license and clean driver’s record
- Have a familiarity with sign types and how to install and maintain each
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to work at heights, on ladders and in confined spaces.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs.
