Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. Join the team as an exemplary sales associate and be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service for our customers with their shipping, packing, printing and faxing needs while ensuring high-quality, and excellent attention to detail.

The ideal candidate has previous retail sales experience, strong computer skills, a high school diploma or GED, a friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor, and a professional appearance. Ideally the candidate has previous retail experience with some knowledge of printing.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in locating products.
• Operate the cash register efficiently, processing transactions accurately.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with excellent customer service skills.
• Uphold store policies regarding returns, exchanges, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store to enhance the shopping experience.
• Saturdays on rotation and every Sunday 4-hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Proficiency in cash register operations and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette when handling customer calls.
• Some knowledge of printing preferred.
• Great asset but not mandatory - Bilingual.
• Ability to engage customers effectively through upselling techniques while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.50 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 27 - 40 per week
