Job Description

We are seeking a driven, enthusiastic, outgoing and team-oriented individual to join our growing organization as a Waitress and/or VIP attendant. A VIP Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers who purchase premium bottles of alcohol and/or any VIP. The job requires excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The primary responsibility is to provide customers with a luxurious experience, ensuring they receive prompt and attentive service while they enjoy their bottle service experience. The primary focus is selling and serving liquor bottles to customers and ensuring their needs are met.You'll exceed their expectations and provide a unique experience for each and every guest. Important qualities include honesty, loyalty, professionalism, reliability, excellent social skills and an ability to quickly solve problems.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the mission, vision, and goals of the company; fully inform potential customers on appropriate services

  • Actively network, cultivate relationships and trust to create brand awareness and build loyalty

  • Maintain professionalism and effective communication with co-workers, partner staff and clientele

  • Maintain a consistent, high level of productivity; utilizing proven strategies and techniques to generate leads

  • Be attentive to all company related events and upcoming venues and changes

  • Provide a superior hospitality experience to each and every Penthouse guest

  • Cultivate feedback, customer insights and questions; generate positive online reviews and escalate complaints or incidents in a timely manner

  • Keep a proper, professional, appearance and attitude; appear in dress code for all shifts at your scheduled time

  • Answer questions about the different types of liquor available and make recommendations based on customer preferences.

  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire experience, from initial greeting to final payment.

  • Monitor customer consumption and ensure that they are not over-served or intoxicated.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the bar and service station.

  • Assist with cleaning and closing duties at the end of the night.

  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (Required)

  • Minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year experience in hospitality and/or marketing preferred

  • 21 Years of age or older w/ Valid Government Issued ID

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

  • Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards

  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling tools for social media

  • Ability to write reports, emails and business correspondence

  • Smart Phone (I-Phone preferred)

  • High volume operations and guest relations
