Job Description

Salary: 90,000 - 120,000 USD per year Requirements:

• We are looking for candidates with extensive experience in Kinaxis Supply Planning, Inventory Planning & Optimization, Sales & Operations Planning, and Demand Planning. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. You must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Having experience in Hi-Tech Finance & Accounting domains, along with certifications in Kinaxis Fundamentals, is a plus. We require a minimum of 14 years and a maximum of 18 years of relevant experience. A Kinaxis Fundamentals Certification is required, and additional certifications in supply chain management are advantageous.

• As a Principal Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of Kinaxis solutions to optimize supply chain processes. You will oversee the integration of Kinaxis modules, including Supply Planning, Inventory Planning & Optimization, Sales & Operations Planning, and Demand Planning. You will provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team regarding Kinaxis functionalities and best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives. Additionally, you will develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Kinaxis solutions and related processes, conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and system performance, and analyze business requirements to translate them into technical specifications for Kinaxis solutions. Your role will also involve driving continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all Kinaxis implementations, facilitating training sessions for end-users, monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators, engaging with stakeholders to gather feedback, and staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in Kinaxis and supply chain management.
