Call Center Representative Role As a Call Center Representative, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and schedule sales/service appointments. Your role is key in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships. Daily Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and past customers.
• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information and assist callers efficiently.
• Log all interactions in VinSolutions CRM.
• Set sales and service appointments.

Key Performance Metrics

• Appointment Setting Rate – Successful appointments booked.
• Call Volume – Meeting/exceeding daily targets.
• Customer Satisfaction – Quality interactions based on feedback.
• CRM Compliance – Accurate logging of calls and notes.

Ideal Candidate

• 1+ year of customer service or call center experience.
• Strong phone skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Bilingual candidates may qualify for a higher rate.
