About the Opportunity:
We're looking for enthusiastic and committed Remote Inbound Customer Service Representatives to join our operations team. You'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, providing essential support to our business clients. No sales involved - just pure customer service!
What You'll Do:
Warmly greet and identify our clients.
Gather necessary billing information.
Assist with third-party connections when needed.
Securely connect interpreters to client calls.
Focus on providing exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations through hospitality, problem-solving, active listening, consistency, accuracy, efficiency, and competency.

Remote Details:
Open to eligible candidates in the Greater Knoxville, TN area.
Enjoy the convenience of working from home!
Receive comprehensive paid training (8 hours/day for two weeks).
Maintain consistent shift coverage during the initial 90-day period.

What You'll Bring:
Minimum one year of customer service experience with a previous employer and a stable work history.
18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED.
Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls with attention to detail in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Proof of internet connection speed (minimum 60 mbps download and 10 mbps upload).
Bonus Points For:
College education.
1+ years of call center experience.
