As an Entry-Level Marketing Associate , you will play a crucial role in planning and executing events that leave lasting impressions. This role is ideal for energetic, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to grow within the event marketing industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of events, ensuring alignment with client goals and expectations to create memorable experiences.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, understanding their vision and providing timely updates to ensure satisfaction.
  • Oversee the logistics of events, including setup, breakdown, and on-site staff management to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Ensure all event materials, resources, and supplies are organized and prepared for seamless execution.
  • Offer hands-on assistance during events by managing registrations, coordinating activities, and troubleshooting issues in real-time.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure flawless event execution and client satisfaction.
  • Liaise with vendors and external partners to ensure event requirements are met within deadlines.
  • Gather and analyze post-event feedback, compile reports, and offer actionable insights to optimize future events.
