Position: Financial Analyst
Salary: $2,000 to $3,000 USD monthly (negotiable based on experience)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to support a team of analysts and traders in our commodity hedge fund. This role is ideal for someone with strong Excel and VBA skills, exceptional analytical abilities and a corporate finance background. Primary tasks will include building Excel sheets for supply/demand forecasting, with opportunities for growth into an analyst role covering commodities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain Excel sheets for supply/demand forecasting to support the trading and analysis teams.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and develop robust financial models to support decision-making.
• Utilize Excel VBA to streamline processes, optimize models, and generate actionable insights.
• Monitor and analyze global agricultural commodity markets to identify trends and investment opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of detailed reports, presentations, and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the trading team to provide critical data insights for strategic planning.
• Continuously refine and enhance proprietary quantitative investment processes.
• Stay informed about global economic trends and their potential impact on the commodity markets.

• Strong expertise in Excel and VBA for data analysis, forecasting and modeling.
• Master’s degree in Corporate Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional English proficiency (C1 level or higher).
• Proven ability to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights.
• SQL/Python skills are a plus.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
