$11.00/HR with potential $2.00/HR end of season bonus

Overview:

In this seasonal lifeguard position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of our members and guests at our beautiful club. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and enthusiastic team environment, providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all. This is a part-time position with weekend availability, holiday shifts, and the potential for additional shifts on weekdays.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor swimming areas to ensure the safety of all individuals
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment
• Respond quickly and appropriately to any emergencies or accidents
• Provide excellent customer service and assist members and guests as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool area

Requirements:

• Must possess a current lifeguard certification
• Strong swimming and rescue skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and potentially weekdays
