Recruiter – Salem’s Fresh Eats
Salem’s Fresh Eats is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts. This role is essential in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growing brand. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruitment and a strong understanding of hiring within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Source, screen, and interview potential employees for various roles.
Manage job postings across multiple platforms and maintain an active pipeline of qualified applicants.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a professional and seamless candidate experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
Maintain accurate records of all recruiting activities and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
Qualifications
Previous experience in recruitment, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or food service industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring needs in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Passion for building a strong, customer-focused team.
