Job Description

Salary: 90,000 - 120,000 USD per year Requirements:

• We are looking for an individual with expertise in both technical and functional Oracle Retail Applications, specifically Oracle Retail Versions 13x to 16x or above. You should have hands-on experience with AutoSys - CA, Unix, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and ODI Administration. It is essential that you possess Oracle Retail Development, Enhancement, and Production Support experience, along with a solid understanding of business requirements in Retail - Merchandising System.
• The ideal candidate will have 12-16 years of experience with RMS/ ReSA/RIB/ReIM and relevant domain skills in Merchandising, Purchase Order, Allocations, Pricing, Sales Audit, and Inventory. Additionally, you should demonstrate capabilities in Transition Management, Estimation & Resource Planning, Solution Structuring, Incident and Problem Management, as well as effective people management.

Responsibilities:

• In your role, you will be responsible for attending and contributing to regular project meetings with local and remote teams, providing progress updates and ensuring high-quality delivery of technical requirements that meet our clients' specified needs. You will work in accordance with established defect and issue tracking procedures to assign tasks, monitor progress, and uphold the quality of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• You will also assist with work estimation and preliminary requirement analyses as you engage within a collaborative team structure, connecting with onsite, nearshore, and offshore teams while reporting to project leads. Your contributions will include understanding and analyzing business requirements, creating functional designs, and owning the business process flows for the Retail - Merchandising System to ensure complete coverage of the client’s requirements and product quality.

This position is located onsite in Dallas, TX, and is considered an Individual Contributor External Facing Role. Salary for this position will be commensurate with your experience and qualifications, and you will also be eligible for our discretionary annual incentive program based on performance.
