The Opportunity
As part of the State and Local Tax Generalist team you are expected to lead the way as technology-enabled tax advisors who provide significance through digitization, automation, and increased efficiencies. As a Senior Associate you are to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You are to focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, learning how to manage and inspire others while navigating increasingly complex situations.

- Lead and contribute to the strategic vision of the State and Local Tax Generalist team
- Develop solutions and solve intricate tax issues using analytical judgment

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Accounting, Taxation preferred
- CPA or commitment to pass CPA exam before being promoted to Manager and thereafter obtain CPA or Active Member of the Bar
- Thorough knowledge of state and local tax laws
- Leveraging FAS 109, MS Excel modeling, and unitary filing
- Identifying and addressing client needs
- Participating actively in client discussions and meetings
- Managing engagements and preparing concise, accurate documents
- Innovating through new and existing technologies
- Working with large, complex data sets
